Confirmation: 
Developing Youth to Gather, Grow and Go

Confirmation is a three-year program for 6th–8th grade youth. Students in grades 6-7 receive instruction in the Christian faith. These classes, taught by Pastor Michael and Randy Ronning, Minister to Families with Youth, meet Wednesday evenings beginning at 6:45 pm (see the monthly schedule below). This instruction culminates on Confirmation Sunday as Eighth Graders publically declare their personal commitment to live and grow as a member of the Church and a disciple of Jesus Christ. Following Confirmation Sunday, Eighth Graders will receive a year of mentorship from an adult member of Trinity as they seek to be faithful to the public promises they made on their Confirmation Sunday.

Confirmation 2011-2012

This year's topics will include a study of The Apostles' Creed, The Sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Communion, the life of Martin Luther, and Lutheran worship. Click here for the Winter/Spring 2011 schedule.
