Social & Community Programs

Trinity reaches out to help those within the Richmond community through participation in the following programs:

  • CARITAS (program where Trinity houses and feeds the area homeless for one week a year)
  • Shut-in Visits (Visiting congregational members confined to their homes or a nursing home)
  • Helping Hands (Providing meals to congregational members families during accidents/illness)
  • Meals on Wheels (Providing prepared meals to shut-ins)
  • Food Baskets (Providing food baskets to needy families within our community and to Interfaith Services of Henrico)
  • Micah Program - Partnering with a Richmond city school to provide tutoring and other activities

 

 
 
 
"Riches in Richmond" Servant Event
June 21-28, 2008
 
To date, 21 youth and counselors from Faith, IN; St Paul's, MD and St. Luke's, PA will be visiting our congregation and working with Elderhomes to repair at least 8 homes.
 
We urgently need Trinity members to house visitors. Contact Donna Spainhour if interested.
